For example your SEPA, i'm not sure what you want to use it for but travelling to europe should not be needed. There once was a discussion about opening bitcoin safe bank accounts with a polish bank somewhere. You could open an account through the internet there. I don't know though where this thread was. Depending on if foreign persons can open sepa bank accounts, or if there is some prerequisit needed, you might check out that. |
