Title: Data Center Quality 800Watt PSU + Breaker board for under $60 USD inc ship
Post by: Lumanet on August 23, 2015, 09:22:06 PM
Hey guys,

we from LSE done it again. Our new PSU Breaker boards fit now a real dual purpose.

1. 12V Rail :

  • 200-240V AC = 82A
  • 110-120V AC = 69A

2.  13.2 Volt Rail if you close both Jumpers JP01 & JP02 you have now a 12V Batterie charger which can charge even your Car Battery.

On top this PSU Breaker board is plug and play ready. So all you do it screw the included raisers into the PSU and now your PSU and Breaker board are at the same level plus the underlayment made out of thick plastic ensures you won't shorten a circuit when you put it on a metal shelf.

So come and check us out at http://LSE.Solar

I think I am seeing a movement to 240.  Even hobby miners it seems like it is more popular that it was a year ago.

I know after putting a 240 in I love it so much electricity coming in the PDU.  I might go with a second 240 sometime instead of the 110's I had planned one day to finish wiring my main mining area.

not if you have access to a stove or dryer :P but I won't get into that,
actually if you can find two separate plugs on different phases in the same room you can do it too :D

All current power supplies will run on 240, and the efficiency goes up. so it's worth the upgrade even for a PC psu.

Yeah 240 would be great but it is sadly impossible when you are in an apartment. I think there aren't too many apartment miners like myself though.

Sadly I would agree apartment renters are at a disadvantage.  Last time I was in one was college and I did not mine there I have always been lucky to have other places to keep my miners.

You pretty much have to own it.  Most landlords will not want a ton of electric wires/equipment in apartment.   Luckily in my mining area I'm able to do pretty much what ever I want and that is a big advantage of owning the place.  I basically turned a garage/work area into mining area.   So far has worked pretty amazing made it through a summer so I'm happy.

And after trying 240 I'm not sure I want to do another 110.  240 with a nice pdu is just a heck of a setup.
