Use BTCjam to get a loan, if your business proposal is solid enough, a loan would be as good as crowd funding...

This is not a charity forum but if you have a genuine project you can try bitcoin kick start website.

You need explain the details of your project, you need to show your identity to the investor and introduce yourself, or you can go to https://www.indiegogo.com/ and held a crowdfunding campaign.

may be you can create new altcoin and sell at IPO/ ICO
after it you get huge money LOL

any way you must expalin your project
bitcoin is good choice for crowd funding help
