He did not deliver.. proof of transaction from my btc wallet to his https://blockchain.info/tx/26aa2fc06f78ec453b948ac828f664dfe7e063fe0f7e54ec7fe4eac6f00a955c which then he promptly sold to zazarb for pp cash i have linked his btc address to 2 other usernames that also seemed to scam others.. and sell for pp cash. reference post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1155743.msg12180851#msg12180851 he may try to sell this account.
