Selling what exactly ? if you want to buy regular goods like on Amazon then there is Purse.io , they offer a very good rates .
Basically it works like this : Someone look for a product and someone who is looking for BTC , you give him BTC and he pay with an alternative method so you give him BTC . that easy

Sorry, i was not clear.

My question was if people are selling items through a website and get paid with bitcoins.

An example is eBay, where a guy sing in, sell an item and get paid.

Thank you

Oh well yes there is https://cryptothrift.com/ but it's not that well known or well used .
However there is something big which will come out on November as first release because it was in Beta for long time now ... https://openbazaar.org/ It's totally Decentralized .

Edit: physical and digital items are traded

Tried to sell a book to my friend who uses bitcoins personally, and up until now I haven't used even a single service to do it. I have some stuff here that I haven't been using for a long time and I think it would be pretty nice if I can sell it for bitcoins. Any other services aside from cryptothrift? Been looking for something similar too.
