While it is quite unlikely, it certainly falls within the realm of possibility that AntPool could have gone for over 10 hours without finding a block. Of course, it's also just as likely that they tried to do something like change their pool's coinbase sig and just completely screwed the pooch. The current luck for pool is like 54 percent - https://www.antpool.com/poolStats.htm . So it does happen on dry spells but normally antpool is so big it does not hit that bad.
