Is this BTC Wallet a SCAM http://easycoinsayj7p5l.onion/    ???
I deposited a small amount BTC about $3 worth...  just to test it out
does not allow me to send money out...

To be safe only use official wallets.

that because that is an onion link, which your browser cant open. youll need TOR to view the site, which you probably shouldnt trust. and to op, you should try not to use a web wallet, try using a HD wallet instead.

Well i personally avoid for use a TOR, especially with bitcoin wallet, if you can't handle this, it's gone.
try to use cold wallet or desktop wallet. and use a trusted web wallet, you can check this: https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet don't store big amount on web wallet or exchanger.

Any wallet service relying on the Tor protocol is automatically a no-no for me.

If they disappear, you have nothing or no one to blame but yourself. These sites require special software and protocols to access, so use them at your own risk.
