Title: Blockchain Steal my Money, please help
Post by: BlockchainStealMoney on August 27, 2015, 03:01:12 PM
Hello all, I am first time here and if I post wrong please apologize and help me how I can proceed.
blockchain steal from me money and don`t want to respond me anymore. Because I opened some tickets on their zendesk about their API latency they suspend my account on zendesk and my last transactions from them dosen t enter anymore in my wallet. I contact them through another zendesk account and they block me again without telling me nothing. I make another zendesk account and I promise them that I will make reports and I will write on forums about their services and because they suspend my account I don`t understand why and why I didn t receive my money, they answer me only this, "You violated our TOS and you are no longer our client". But for what? and in any case you don t need to inform when happen this? and my transactions that i didn t receive whats happen? I have many clients who pay through blockchain API with  shortcodes from btcaddr.es and before I can inform them all about the problem and I  will change the payment method they will send transactions, what happened with that money? is it normal that they proceed like this and don`t want to answer  me anymore with any detail?

Hard to read, you might want to consider starting a thread in the scam accusation or post on their thread on the forum in the Service Discussion section after making the whole text more structured and readable.

I have had a few issues with my blockchain wallet and I've had perfect help from their helpdesk. They always responded very fast and solved the issues in no time. I can't imagine that they would block your account for no reason.

I suspect you're not giving us the whole story here. Blockchain.info cannot steal your money because they have no control over your funds. How did they steak your money exactly and what terms of service did they claim you broke? What sort of business are you running? If you're running one that is against their tos then that's probably why.

Hello and thank you for your interest.

I have this wallet https://blockchain.info/address/18iXLg3UGKqmKcuowJzwcq9iXj84cn14fZ

And i work with bitcoin for few months ago, blockchain have a bad API receiving bitcoin and every time when i open a ticket to them they respond me this ''is not our fault is a bitcoin latency you will receive your bitcoin'', i have this website luxuryescorts.com and the customers pays me for their ads on website, we are NOT an agency or a service which provide sexual service, we only are a website where girls post their ads without offering any sexual service, only company. Every time when I respond them i respond from my email from the site and they know my website but i think last time i bother them when again i didn t receive my bitcoins and they decide to suspend my account on zendesk and steal my last transactionss WITHOUT ANY INFORM, anything, after i make another account on zendesk and i v ask them why my account is suspended they respond me that i violate their tos and i will no longer be their customer. I said ok but my money from my last transactios? You gave to me and they didn t answer anymore from then and suspend the second zendesk account, every time when i try to make another zendesk account and tell them who i am they suspend my account without telling nothing.

This is one of the transaction

https://blockchain.info/address/1Q1uaA6UcpZcYien5yyEqmmLxMoxyRYE5y

Its through API and normal the bitcoins must automatley go to

https://blockchain.info/address/18iXLg3UGKqmKcuowJzwcq9iXj84cn14fZ

But nothing, my opinion is that i don t violate nothing and they know from begining my transactions and my website but they feel offensed about my tickets about their latency API and they prefere to do that, but OK give my fucking money, is not a lot of money but IS IT NORMAL TO DO THAT? WITHOUT SAYING NOTHING? IS IT NORMAL
TO TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS? WHO THEY THINK THEY ARE??

Blockchain.info provides you with different keys (including your API Key) which is used to obfuscate and encrypt data, thus, they cannot access your funds (since they don't store or have access to your encryption keys) any transaction error, is more than likely to be caused by you, and not being able to understand how to correctly implement thier API.

There are always alternative such as block trail (https://blocktrail.com), chain (https://chain.com), and block.io (https://block.io), which you may find easier to use (at a price)

If running an adult site is against their terms or service then that's why. I doubt they stole coins off you. IF you have back ups of your wallets you should be able to get the coins without logging onto their site any way.

Is there not a way for you to export the private key and then import it into another wallet?

I didn't get exactly what happened..

You cannot login to blockchain.info wallet?
You did not get funds to it?

Is it even related to this blockchain.info wallet ?

No. This is about Blockchain.info receive payment API. It should automatically forward Bitcoins to the address specified by OP, but he did not receive it. He contacted support but they are suspending every accounts he creates on ZenDesk. This is what OP says.
