What i could do for borrowers:
1. Borrower could post here request for a loan (amount, repayment schedule)
2. I will tell if i could give loan or not
3. If i see that you have enough reputation here i will give you credit.
4. You will have to repay it in time.

5. If you will be ok with repayments i will offer you next loans with better terms. I am here to build some long term relationships with trusted borrowers.

Important: Currently i cannot accept collateral - this is based on trust.

So you will provide loans only for reputed members on this forum right? You will not accept any members without reputation and any collateral to lend your money?
Your post is bit confusing you need to state clearly whether you accept any collateral or not. If you accept collateral for lending loan then you must use Escrow for holding accounts because your not a reputed member on this forum. May be you can refer to the some experienced members posts who is offering loans to get some idea on how to put up things for lending loans.

Open question for other people: why borrowers would like to borrow small amounts?
Could anybody enlighten me?

i am asking my self the same question and tbh i dont know. i think most reasons that get posted are not true. maybe gambling or buy some alts

there are various reasons. some borrow for trust, some genuinely need money (or extra money) to buy some things, some just use it for gambling.

edit:
by the way, you should include the tx ID on your post after you sent the funds. it's not big but it helps simplifying things.
