The number of CLAMS is based on the amount of BTC and LTC a person had at a particular point in time in the past. Check out the CLAMS site for the specific date. So, if you had a BTC or LTC address that was used in that time frame, you have CLAMS. Just download the client from the website to get your CLAMS.
