I am proposing forking Bitcoin XT with only the block size limit included (none of Mikes other changes will be there).

1. i'll build a spiffy website that speaks only of the positives, and doesn't talk about the risks or concerns.

2. i'll open a discussion group I moderate, and delete posts from anyone who doesn't tow the line.  

3. i'll create a "leadership hierarchy" for development, with me at the top.  in order to climb the hierarchy, which will begin with 8 MBs of levels, you have to earn browny points either on the forums, or via pull requests I like.

4. i'll immediately create a commit that reduces the max block size to 4 MB, cuz it sounds nice and no one proposed that one, yet.

5. i'll toss in the first iteration of side chains that comes out, to compromise and maximize my political base.

6. i'll only provide one downloadable of a complete build with everything i like.  

7. i'll only approve commits I like, and reject all others.  All of mine will, of course, be accepted as I can veto all objections.  Plus, if anyone objects, they will be moved down the leadership hierarchy (see #3).

8. All testing will be performed on the live Blockchain network.    

9. It will blacklist all XT 1 nodes.

Clearly, this is a huge improvement over XT 1 as I'll be the dictator of this regime!  Other than that, you get a 4 MB blocksize limit with the promise of sidechains.  What's not to love?
