Better idea , buy someone something online have it shipped and have the money in escrow till then. Once they get it they can have the escrow release the money. This will take away the risk for both of you.

Yes, I guess this would be only way that somebody would even think about accepting selling you some coins, if you consider your trust level.

Of course, you will have to find few different person to buy them something for Paypal, I doubt that 1 person would have something to buy for 17 BTCs worth of Paypal in one transaction.

You've got more chance of hitting the jackpot than anyone selling you 17BTC for Paypal.

yes why not are you willing to send 1st and then wait 120 days before i send you my lovely bitcoins ? this is the only option you got if you want to but that much bitcoins with paypal if you are serious then go to local bitcoins and buy face to face with fiat
