-I prefer to use escrow.com, but alternative escrow suggestions are welcomed.
-GoDaddy account push.

how much for both and will you use an escrow?

Yes I usually use escrow.com when dealing with domain names, but that means the transaction has to be in USD or EUR. I've done it in the past, it's safe and the escrow fee is cheap. They also accept credit card payments.

In the event that you would prefer dealing in BTC, I have no experience with any of the available escrow services, so I would welcome any recommendations.

You'll have better luck getting a sale here if you accept BTC. Although escrow.com isn't terrible, they just don't accept BTC  :-\
