1.The website must have some decent traffic preferably organic.
2.It must be Google adsense approved.
3.Must not related to Gambling,porn,phishing etc.
4.English language website

This verifies how long the traffic has been steady and will give you and estimate of worth.

Yes thanks for the advice. I do keep an eye on flipa and am also a premium member at digitalpoint.Auctions can sometimes increases price to unjustified level.As for faking traffic,well I am in this business for last three years now and know the difference

i am not sure that is flippa real solution. I am looking to buy site there, but 3 of 3 is now down, because using cracked or unregistered script
