I have a apartment in Korolev city (Moscow region). And i want sell it for btc only. This is experiment on Russian laws.
I wanted to do it , but Russia now going to ban Bitcoin (or not...) ))))

500 bitcoin? must be a very nice apartment for that kind of money you better look at the services sub forum you would get more interest although i wont of thought a lot of people purchase at these prices especially for something like that

Going to need more details, photos and proof that you own the apartment and not rent it before even slightly considering this to be a legit offer.

I'd say the price can be realistic, but only if the apartment standard is high (almost luxurious).
Since you the seller did not any photographs there's nothing to look here

For around $120k it doesn't really need to be that fancy does it, that would get you a beach hut or a bedroom maybe where I live.

Saying that it would need to exist first which I very much doubt.

If OP wants some real attention from members then he need to post some specific pictures of his apartment otherwise its not going to work for him

maybe there would be people who would be interested in it if you provided more info though i highly doubt it

i think the op was more in a hurry, so lets give him/her time to re edit this thread.

im pretty sure if hes serious he`ll put up the pictures and whatever to do get the btc.

After checking his account history I think he is not coming back because in 21 months just 6 posts 5 in Russian sub forum and 1 here yesterday its all looking not good

If OP is the legit owner, might be a good place for US aerospace industry/government people who are working/astronaut training over there while the US isn't doing manned spaceflight. Then rent it out for BTC if they're allowed to once they return to the US.

Not interested in buying in Russia, but dropping the price straight from 500BTC to 250BTC(without even briefing the users about the drop and not posting any pictures too)  seems to be fishy. I wonder if you even own an apartment.

Why is this so strange?
When bitcoin was $1200 people were selling their houses. I mean 2 storey 5 bedroom houses in the rural area for bitcoins. They were legitimate sales and went thru flawlessly. Just that the seller better have cashed in the bitcoins when they slid a month later to $800.

If this is an experiment are you REALLY selling your apartment or just gauging interest and outrage?

Also wanted to see what a place in Hawaii would go for. If it is close to the beach I am up for that  8)

if you want a warm place, i am selling my house, in south america, 30mins from the beach were it is 35+ and ice cold waters.

Where the house is placed there is pool, garden, car parking hehe.

3 floor house, and it is always 35+ on summer, it last like 10 months the last months are about 20c untill winter wich is kina tropical weather. sun and rain ;) .

I dont think there is an apartment to be sold there. no proof of anything and he cannot even reply to any posts.

So no photos so far yet? Maybe the OP were looking to scam somehow tons of people post things like this and never come back. at this moment 250 is qual to around 96.000$ usd so... isnt such a mansion what hes trying to sell here.. hope to see some photos..
