I would like to bring the community's attention to the fact that luka1987 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=421191) is apparently sending PMs about his service to random people (but I assume that he's only sending them to low-ranked members to avoid being called out). I received a PM about his account selling service and I have never posted in any of his threads, which is why I'm making the assumption that he's spamming them.

I don't believe that this is necessarily breaking any of the rules that mprep posted (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0), but surely this shouldn't be allowed.

I would like to ask members if you are also receiving PMs from luka to confirm that he's spamming them.

This apparently has already been reported by someone else privately to the mods. If you look at his signature then you will see that he is unable to send any personal messages until the 8th of the month.

I don't think it will automatically show up like this on your signature. I saw one person with a not in their personal text who is banned that they will be back on Saturday

I would hope the rule he was breaking is one that has to do with sending unsolicited personal messages.
