No one can force followers or fans to interact.If you want genuine followers or fan,first make it useful for people who you want to follow it then advertise it.

I know how to make my website useful and advertise worthy , since its still new , I need help of others to let the word out and pls to everyone who tries to just comment here and increase their post count for the sake of their signature , pls don't post here if you don't have something useful to offer , thanks.

Your post clearly mention that you are ready to pay for followers and likes which mean you are buying likes and followers.If you want others help to spread the word why you paying? And by the way There are lots of useful threads to increase post count.Everyone has a right to speak his mind

Do you have a budget ? You can get 1k twitter followers for $10 or less but they won't be real people. I would suggest you to use that budget and invest it in twitter promoted tweets and Facebook ads in order get real human followers, it might be less than 1k but they are going to be real.

yes I do have a budget ... I would loved to do that but I don't think twitter accepts bitcoin as means of payment yet and that's the only method of payment I can use unfortunately , thanks for the suggestion , I'll keep it in my mind in case they accept bitcoin for this matter :)
