Good luck on your picks man. Anyway I'm curious about you bank management rules, don't you think 1% is to conservative? Specially if you start with a low bank. I think it's ok for try betting strategies etc, but it's hard to make money that way. Don't you think 5% would be safe enough?

I like to keep it at 1%. Only reason is because with 5 percent, you can only afford to lose about 20 bets. But with 1%, you can lose up to 100 bets. Your odds of losing everything is significantly lower.

On a side note, yesterday's bet made it 4-0 so far. Have 2 bets today:

Question for you, are you saying the Cardinals were favored by 10 points and you are picking Ravens to cover that?  If so I am going the opposite, I don't think they cover it I just wanted to make sure I am understanding your logic correctly.

Yes that's correct. Arizona Cardinals are favored by 10 points. I think the Ravens can cover that.

I think you got the bet wrong.  He was stating that the Baltimore Ravens would cover the 10 point spread, or in other words.  Lose the game by less than 10 points or win.  The Ravens lost by 8, so he won the bet.

Crap I thought ravens would have to win by 10 or more.
Like I said I don't understand anything about american football, and since I did not found that "point bet", I just put ravens to win and they loss.
Oh well, the pick was good so my bad, I will be more careful next time.

Sharing bets just for good record is not worth :) Pistons stomped on hawks on the opener so 2 of 3 ur nba bets ---. And the win was @1.15. It's not how betting for + works.

Yes Hawks did get destroyed by the Pistons. Realized it was a lot of juice to lay on opening night. Caused me some BTC for sure. Will look into tonight's bets and come up with something.
