The project you want don't always have to be expensive ill tell you for free what you can expect to have to pay for a project.
What is reasonable and whats not.
Also give you methods of secure open source codes or templates that might fit your need but need little editing.
The world of development has been around a long time and paid scripts can reduce the cost sometimes by more the 60%.
Most the time you can get a project done by 30%-60%+ lower then what you were willing to pay.

Anything we discuss will not be disclosed and used in any of my projects.
