On a short term basis it is random, but long term the interest rate is exactly 802.25% since that is the average of all (16) of the potential stake rates.

Where is the problem, in the OP he states: 1 - 10.000 random interest and the "scam" post just proved that he's right.. the Code allows random rewards of 1 - 10000 based on the letter of the POW hash - so if you're lucky and your wallet produces a stake hash with letter "d" you won the 10000 coins - if not - you're unlucky and maybe even only get 1 coin if you're really unlucky. I don't see any letter twice - and I don't see a way to only produce stakes with letter "d" - also it makes no sense to NOT send valid hashes even if they have an other letter than "d" because you'd just lose money ... So .. Whats the point with that scam bullshit ? Or did I get anything wrong ?
