I personally don't find it useful at all and it's really shitty because it wouldn't make sense to deposit then not being able to use it to get the card or use it on Online shopping or real life shopping , you can only money transfer between users . Literally the day the launched accepting Bitcoin, Pokerstars stopped accepting Neteller pretty much everywhere in the world.
I haven't found any other use for Neteller since, so I don't think it will have much of an impact. Wow didnt even know pokerstars stopped accpeting them, you sure? will have to look into that i used to use them all the time for pokerstars. Currently not much of a reason to use them unless they bring back the 0% bitcoin deposit.
