If you are offering your services as a developer perhaps you should consider posting this thread on the Marketplace\ Services poll...

Welcome to Bitcointalk! Other than offering your server as a developer you should really create some Bitcoin related software if you're very talented in programming. What programming languages do you know?

Well. He might be able to create a application to detect scammer. LoL. I say 'might'.

why he must create new account if he want to kill some scamer, I think higher rank is better to report scam auction than "newbie account"

Activity is a number that will affect your Bitcointalk rank and thus posting ability - for more information, take a look here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178608.0). Trust somewhat like a feedback feature which allow people to see if you can be trusted. It's very important for you since you're offering you programming skills for Bitcoin here.

I am learning much from u guys, and yes, I get it that I need trust or otherwise no one would believe me. I will first build up trust by reporting scammers and do small trades.

In this case welcome to the forum and to this amazing Bitcoin world! :)

My advice, just read, read, read and ask questions on whatever you don't understand. This forum is full of helpful people that will help if you ask. We need as many good people as we can get on board.

Good luck!

Best tip. Too many people here are too busy posting their opinions that they don't bother to read what other people have to say. You'll learn much more if you read more than you write.

try to do genuine trust, for example don't ask for trust with the same user over and over again or with escrow, there are many cases of trust abuse here

sell stuff and do treade with different experience users and not newbie, if you want your trust to be seen as legit as possible

Welcome!

Scam buster huh?   Should be fun.

Good to have you hear if you can really do that because that i believe is needed.

Develop some kinda crawler that will read and display all variations of new coins and create a list of dev sigs that would give investors and idea if the coin is a coin under a new name with the same devs.   that would be cool.    investor tool.

anyways if you here your here.   welcome.
