Whereas this conclusion seems to scare government officials around the world, Ukraine seems to embrace the idea of decentralized technology used be the general population. I don't think all governments will see it like this. Unlike clickbait posted on other news sites, this title is technically speaking correct. Not everyone wants to be disclosed as a source for this kind of information, which is something certain writers honor. Or some sites just don't use source material at all, which is also an option. |
