your question is not clear.
you ask the person to send you 0.1BTC and they send you the exact amount, they pay the fee from their pocket and you will receive 0.1BTC
which part of this process is your concern?

did you mean to ask 0.1 $ ? because that would be different because of the volatile price

Are you do a trade with someone? So a man who trade with you is just send 0.1 and the fees is charge to who to be a sender.

I think some wallet applications can generate a QR code with an amount for you.

Then it's just very simple. just use multibit as your wallet.
when you click "pay with bitcoin button" and multibit will automatically detect that invoice. then you you can just click send button to sent the btc.

you can use the TX for a proof of the payment or print the transaction directly from the blockchain, it tell you everything including the fee used

I think I saw an app before that allows you to request a certain amount of bitcoin from someone.

Blockonomics has peer to peer invoice (https://medium.com/@blockonomics_co/peer-to-peer-bitcoin-invoice-1660e9439520#.pu3fhhbgi) facility to request exact amount of bitcoins

Your questions like you've never sent bitcoin. But I think if your friend sends 0.1 BTC then you will receive a 0.1 BTC as well. because the fee is already covered by your friend with existing funds in his wallet. Thank you

At coinbase you have to pay the fees but it just costs you in the fiat amount. You would still get the 0.1 bitcoins. Locabitcoins you don't really pay a fee but you pay a slightly higher price so the seller can make profit but you van also get the amount of bitcoin you want.

If you want need 0.1BTC then you must request the respective person the exact amount(0.1BTC).

Bitcoin is decentralized and don't need to pay much for sending money.it's is only 0.0001 BTC.

Bitcoin source is the open ledger there is no need to check the option like invoice or receipt like physical handling. If you need to check any address. Just copy and paste to check in blockchain. Fees are very pennies, I think you will not worry about fees when you see the other payment mediums.

It is just case between you and sender. Sender must know what fee is set in wallet he will use to send BTC to you. If you want exactly 0.1 BTC just tell him to send 0.1 + fee. Easy ;)

The fee is ALWAYS determined by the sender of the transaction.  When the sender builds the transaction, the inputs must be greater than or equal to the outputs.  The greater the difference, the larger the fee.

To request coins from somebody, you just need to provide them with how much you want, and your address.  All wallets provide some level of functionality to help you.  For example, the standard bitcoin core application will generate a QR code that the sender can scan using a mobile device.  There are also services out there like BitPay which will manage everything for you (albeit at a cost).  Quickbooks can be setup to accept Bitcoin (they interface with BitPay).

Fees can be defined by the sender only and He can send minimum or maximum fee amount else he can send without fees also. These sending bitcoins will get transacted by the help miners within some blocks.

If you are using different bitcoin wallet and you will incounter something like that in like paypal you can use coins.ph if you are from philippines you can just request to your friend on facebook or by sending emails and or by sending the link generated by coins.ph and i think you can do that in blockchain also. bitcoin is really good.

If someone sends 0.1BTC from his wallet to your address, you will receive exactly the same amount he sent because the fees are deducted from his wallet balance but not from the amount he is trying to send, if he is having exactly 0.1BTC in his wallet and he puts all of them in the transaction, the wallet would tell him to reduce the sending amount as he has to pay 0.0001BTC as fees as well.

Not exactly.  A sender has complete control over how much or how little he wishes to include as a transaction fee.  Sure, some wallets will enforce a minimum value, but it isn't required that you pay 0.0001BTC as a fee.

As I wrote earlier in this thread, the fees are the difference between the transaction input(s) and the transaction output(s).  The typically recommended fee is 0.0001BTC per kb of transaction data.  This value is by no means set in stone, and you as the sender can choose whatever value you want.  Also note that miners can choose whether or not to include your transaction in their work.

Let's take a look at a simple transaction to see how it works.  For our example, let's use this one: 9311220a0a0a129a512f55ed38d1bd7716628fa0fa0c89d8a195e97c0b65588b

That transaction has a single input of 0.19443679BTC.  It has 2 outputs.  One for 0.01035878BTC and the second for 0.179BTC.  Add up the two outputs and you get 0.18935878BTC.  Subtract the outputs from the input and you get 0.00507801BTC.  Lo and behold, that's the transaction fee.

The basic construction of a transaction works like this:

1) Determine which unspent transaction outputs you control to use as inputs to the new transaction you are creating
2) Determine the outputs of the transaction and the amount of BTC for each output.
3) Sign the transaction
4) Broadcast it

Wallet software will manage this process, only relying upon you to provide a destination address, amount you wish to send there, and how much of a fee you wish you include.

Some wallets have the option to send a request for payment to someone, this would be similar to an invoice.

Another way would be to use a wallet to create a payment request QR code and paste that code to an invoice you create.

And your third option is just as many have said above, give the person your BTC address and tell them to send you the amount of BTC you want.

Talking about technical transfer is completely different as talkin about real transfer.

If you want make deal with someone who dont want pay fee for transfer 0.10 BTC - in my opinion, just take it! (with fee)

If you REALLY (technically) want to take transfer like this you will be on risk, that transfer without fee, after 72 hours can be chargeback to the sender wallet.

Can someone confirm that?

If you use blockchain.info there is an option to receive. What this does is foce you a qr code for the exact about you want. It also can be just used on the PC without scanning the qr code.

There is nothing special to be done for that, all you need to do is to tell the person who is sending the bitcoins to send exactly 0.1btc to your address, the fees would be deducted from his account balance but not from the amount he is sending to you so you dont need to be worried about that.
