RIP Well, I can't speak from experience but, according to the article from TechInAsia1, the real used panties vending machines (and shops) disappeared over a decade ago; however, it seems the "super used kakou" panties (that is, panties manufactured to appear used) can still be found in sex shops, and going by the video I posted above, sometimes hidden within other types of shops.
