Title: [WTB] Buying old BTC, LTC and DOGE wallets! (Automated site! FreeBitcoins.com)
Post by: BayAreaCoins on September 12, 2015, 05:42:51 AM
FreeBitcoins.com (http://FreeBitcoins.com)

https://freebitcoins.com/static/faucet/favicon-512x512.png

We check for Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold and CLAM all at once!

We buy Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin addresses and pay in cold hard BTC 24/7/365!  Our real Bitcoins for your empty address.

Sell whole wallets at a time (recommended):  https://freebitcoins.com/clamchecker/dig_wallet/ (https://freebitcoins.com/clamchecker/dig_wallet/)

Sell 1 address at a time:  https://FreeBitcoins.com/clamchecker/dig/ (https://FreeBitcoins.com/clamchecker/dig/)

Your addresses must meet at least one of the following requirements.

1.  Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Dogecoin addresses were in use on May 12, 2014

2.  Bitcoin addresses that were in use on August 1, 2017.

3.  Bitcoin addresses that were in use on October 24, 2017.

https://freebitcoins.com/clamchecker/dig_wallet/ (Dig a whole wallet for both qualifying dates. *recommended because it hits your change addresses and such*)

Possible $100 USD BTC bounty for helping us find a error in our wallet dig!  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1919631.msg19042368#msg19042368 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1919631.msg19042368#msg19042368)

All you need is your old address, old private key and a new address where you'd like your Bitcoin payment sent!  Mini priv keys are fine as well (this is super helpful for physical crypto hodlers!)

We do not store keep any information regarding your private key.  We HIGHLY recommend keeping this transaction as trust less as possible that you only sell/dig empty addresses.  After the transaction please treat the addresses as compromised but save them regardless (but never delete your keys!)

You should never delete a wallet.

No addresses?  No problem!  We pay affiliates as well.  (Affiliate pay does not work for Bitcoin Cash / Bitcoi G digs yet)

Good luck & thank you,

BAC :)

*PS: Please keep in mind your wallet may have hidden change addresses that you can dig as well :). (Use the wallet digger to do this automatically for you)

We offer 0.005 BTC per empty address.  There are also other options as well if you feel like dealing with altcoins.

Looking to purchase empty Bitcoin addresses that held over a "dust" amount of Bitcoins on May 12, 2014.

I have a new site that will be buying "good" addresses 24/7 and you can check for free to see if your Bitcoin address qualifies.

www.ClamChecker.com

If your address does qualify we purchase your address for BTC via Step #3.

If you already know that you have a good address you can skip all the BS and go to:

http://clamchecker.com/dig2btc

We do not store or keep any information regarding your Bitcoin wallet.  We HIGHLY recommend in order to keep this transaction as trustless as possible that you only sell/dig empty addresses.  After the transaction please treat the address as compromised, but save it regardless (always save your keys...)

Also purchasing Litecoin and Dogecoin addresses that were in use May 12, 2014.

allright Thanks For infrmation,I think it would be useful  ::)

Yes Coinbase was credited with CLAMS, but thus far they have refused to give customers access to their CLAMS.

It's kind of a difficult question... who do the CLAMS belong to when it is your BTC sitting on their system?

Feel free to email them and ask!  It won't hurt to ask.

Shoot them a email and ask.

It really can't hurt anything and they could add the CLAMS to your account with like 3.5 clicks :P.

I see two emails from customers right here ;)!

I believe he is trying to dig some CLAMS he found on one of his Coinbase addresses.

The Bitcoin, Litecoin or Dogecoin address needs to have been in use on May 12, 2014.  If your addy held coins on that date, then you are good to rock n roll.

Don't forget your "change addresses"!

Is there a way to check thousands of address in one go?

Using the CLAM Client. (the CLAM wallet... this is Option #3 at the /dig page... it does take some time to download.)

It automatically sniffs through your stuff looking for CLAM with a single click.

Right now our site doesn't allow you to multi-search.  Find one, follow through, earn your $ and go to the next one at this point.

I will see what I can do for the "check in one click" here in the near future.

We have had people write scripts to dig through us as well that worked.

Can I import the bitcoin wallet directly to the clam client? If yes maybe I sync the wallet.

You can.  Just be sure to move your BTC first.

If you can't get it to work or whatever... we'd sure love your business!

Good luck :P

I know there is a clan dice site. Never figured out where to get CLAMS. Do some random btc addresses have them? Could I just generate hundreds of addresses and check if there is CLAMS?

If you owned Bitcoin, Litecoin, or Dogecoin on May 12, 2014 then each address was already credited with 4.6 ish CLAMS (exact numbers on my site.)

Every single address that had coins over "dust" were given a flat 4.6 clam.  So a 25btc Satoshi wallet got as many CLAMs as a .01BTC faceting wallet.

If you generated a bunch of addresses today... the chances are you won't hit a collision with an address that was used on May 12, 2014!

That being said... I can't tell you how many people have been searching on www.Buttcoins.com [edit:website is currently down] looking for BTC addresses that contain CLAM. lol :D  (you are welcome to try of course)

Oh, but actually, I had a lot of adresses that owned bitcoin on may 12, 2014. But when I checked, it didn't show up anything. So is there a bug or is there something I understood wrong? All of the addresses had more than 0.01 btc. When I checked, it didn't find anything

Oh, did buttons.com actually been sold or is the original owner running it? Read that it might worth alot

EDIT: My address actually had no balance at that day because I have depostited all of my bitcoins to a Web wallet... Then, a day after the CLAMS were given out, I put them all back again...
Well that was bad luck

A different Buttcoin site got sold (https://www.reddit.com/r/Buttcoin/comments/2adssm/buttcoin_foundation_rocked_as_founder_exposed_to/) in order to stop them from trolling BFL.  I own Buttcoins.com.

Would you mind posting one of your public key? I'll tell you why it doesn't contain clams once I get a chance to take a look at her! (just a blockchain.info link is fine)

Edit:
Are the private keys of your website acquired from somewhere else, or did you generate them?

You can reuse the address afterwards, but it wouldn't be very "crypto" of you.  You can also dig/sell none empty addresses if you so wish... again though that wouldn't be very crypto of you.

I strongly strongly strongly recommend retiring the address after you share your private key.

The best kept secret is.... your own secret :).  This way if your computer gets hacked or something you can't say "well maybe it was that bastard BAC!"

We want to keep trust out of the equation as much as possible and whenever we can!

If you have any more questions please please please feel free to ask.  There are no bad questions, only bad people! jk  ;D

That being said... I can't tell you how many people have been searching on www.Buttcoins.com looking for BTC addresses that contain CLAM. lol :D  (you are welcome to try of course)
can someone explain to me what a CLAM is?  ???

You'll have to let us know that it all worked out!  I'm on the edge of my seat over here :P  If you can post the proof to so that other ppl reading this will know how simple it was that'd be amazing!

I'd rather not post examples of peoples digs...  let them make that choice!  We respect your privacy and will go to great lengths to protect it.

Blockchain.info is fairly simple to find your keys from... After a few weeks of our site running solid I will start reaching out to people in hopes of partnership in order to make the CLAM processes even more simple for their customers :)!  Slowly but surely though.

Hey Melisande,

Please visit https://www.clamchecker.com and then at the very top of the screen you'll see a white bar and a green button next to it.

Put your BTC, LTC or DOGE public key in that white bar and then click the green button.

A old school window will pop up to let you know if you have clams or not.  If you do and click ok it will take you to a page with three different options in order to dig these hidden CLAMS.

Keep in mind that the Bitcoin, Litecoin, or Dogecoin had to hold a balance of coins on May 12, 2014!

If you need any further help please do not hesitate to post here!

which means 4.6 clam = 0.026527556 , 1 clam = 0.00576686 on trex now

Our systems pricing is static and meant to withstand the market volatility of CLAM.

Think of McDonalds cheese burgers pricing kind of. ($1 a Cheese burger even with the Consumer Price Index jumping leaps and bounces each year)

We are aiming to be the back bone of the market rather than a victim of Shitcoin trading.

I'd be willing to bet in the future we will be paying more for fresh CLAMS than the market is trading already dug CLAMS for, but time will tell.

It is also more profitable to be a BTC affiliate over a CLAM affiliate at this point as well, but with the markets the way they are this could change fast as well.  BTC affiliates are paid .002 BTC for each address dug, but CLAM affiliates are paid .1 CLAM.  If only we knew the future hu?!

At this time I would recommend digging the 3.5 CLAM, having them sent directly to Poloniex, Bittrex or some other Shitcoin exchange and liquidating yourself.  Some people would rather not deal with it and are happy to have our system that pays out like clock work, protects your privacy and actually cares about providing a decent service with happy customers.

0.005 BTC for a empty address seems like a fuck of a deal to me and we are looking to purchase 3,100,000 empty addresses... that's a lot of Bitcoins.

Just-dice.com is a illegal casino and there are a lot of people who would rather not do business with them.  There are also a number of under aged kids as well who use crypto and I think you promoting a casino for children is treading on a fine line.

People are also really intimidated by using a troll box to dig.

Shapeshifts fee is 10% almost just FYI.  You do get to run your crypto through Switzerland that way though.

Please don't post the Just-dice shit on my threads.  We don't post our shit on Deans (doogs) troll box.

I'm often in chat.

Indeed they can if they so wish.  The hope is then the digger loses 100% of their funds due to gambling or invests to enable further gamblers & centralization.  That is why the /dig feature exists.

Shapeshifts fee is 10% almost just FYI.
But still better than your 80% fee ...

Our "80% fee" is static and based on set firm BTC/CLAM #'s.  This will create stability in our service unlike the CLAM market which swings with HUGE swings (CLAM just lost over 50% of its market value if you check the charts.)  My concern is that I don't want to put up a ton of BTC buying CLAM at market, have this whale digger come drain our BTC and then dump the CLAM market bellow .001 BTC.

With CLAM at .002 BTC our system will be near 0% fees for the BTC digging option.  (We pay our affiliates each .002BTC.)

I believe CLAM is currently over prices in the general shitcoin market at this point and our target range is .002 BTC per CLAM.  I broke my crystal ball last week, so I'm sorta guessing based on what I'm seeing.

0.005 BTC for a empty address still seems like a great deal.  I imagine the market will correct around it.

Please don't post the Just-dice shit on my threads.

Speaking of Shapeshift (http://Shapeshift.io)... you can choose step #2 and enter your Shapeshift CLAM deposit address.  We then send your 3.5 CLAMS directly to Shapeshift and they convert it to whatever coin you choose.  Bitcoin, Litecoin, Doge and like over 25 different digital assets for your choosing!

Works like a charm.

(works for Step #3 as well obviously)

If coinbase wallet? Is that counted?

Yes Coinbase was credited with CLAMS, but thus far they have refused to give customers access to their CLAMS.

It's kind of a difficult question... who do the CLAMS belong to when it is your BTC sitting on their system?

Feel free to email them and ask!  It won't hurt to ask.
I dont think coinbase will ever do that

No they wont, not a chance. Especially since you need to import private key or wallet in order to get clams credited in initial spread.
I also raised the question of exchanges in clam main thread, since i believe it's sort of unfair that you can't get clams from your (well, sort of your's) exchange addresses.

No they wont, not a chance.

I think if all of their users demanded their coins from their addresses that they would eventually give in.  We may have to see others do the same first.

People are going to like waking up to a free Bitcoin or two from a service going above and beyond.

These big businesses are like big buildings... it's the bricks that count.

Coinbase the company can't read their users minds.  People have to let them know.

Here's a quick email for anyone who just wants to copy and paste something from their account.

I wasn't only referring to coinbase. The only way this would be worth the hassle is if every service was to give out related clams (i have a ton of accounts that have clams on them,
and some are even claimed !)
imho, the clams could have been handed out in a better way...

At least "dust".

The dust amount is different for every coin.

DOGE is .01.  I believe LTC is .001 and BTC is .0001.  (BTC and LTC maybe wrong... in the process of checking)

We look at a 25BTC wallet funded on May 12, 2014 the same way we look at a 1 DOGE wallet funded the same date.

Thank you for digging! :D

Was it over all a fairly easy process for you?

We will be translating in the future.  I'm just waiting on my main developer to give me the go ahead.

Did you happen to see our affiliate program?

In future versions of our websites you will be able to check and claim multiple addresses using our automated site.

Right now we offer a completely free service for people such as yourself in regards to checking your bulk addresses.

If you could send me the 3000 addresses list... each one will be checked for CLAMS for free for you.

Alternatively, you could download the CLAM CLIENT and it would automatically do this for you.  We understand a lot of people would rather not go through the hassle of syncing, trusting altcoin wallets and other such things.

Keep in mind that the address had to be in use ON May 12, 2014 & you need to have access to the private keys... sounds like you maybe sitting on a nice load of hidden coins.

We only need the public keys to do the checking for Clamcoins.

Don't forget your wallets "Change Addresses"

You can short cut the system by visiting the /dig2btc or /dig2clam page directly.

I think you'll find our system extremely easy and user friendly!

We are totally happy assisting though. :)

Would a wallet.dat file be a valid option to send to you guys? I've used more than a hundred addresses in 2014 alone and I think a single wallet.dat file could actually help you with digging. ::)

Absolutely.  That is fine if it is easier for you to do it that way.

Please just be sure to remove all the BTC, LTC or DOGE prior to sending (obviously.)

This services email is:   kef@freebitcoins.com

Be sure to indicate which option you'd like to choose and your payout address in the email.

I'll add this info to the OP when I get home from dinner.

Wow, I just found 2 private keys stored in my email account: 1 for dogecoins and 1 for bitcoins. Are you paying 0.0005 per address or not? These addresses received some transaction prior to May 12, 2014. :)

Wow, I just found 2 private keys stored in my email account: 1 for dogecoins and 1 for bitcoins.

Congrats!

Are you paying 0.0005 per address or not?

We actually offer .005 BTC per qualifying address.  There are other options to choose from.

These addresses received some transaction prior to May 12, 2014. :)

The addresses need to have contained coinage on May 12, 2014.

It makes no difference if they had been in use prior.

I think if all of their users demanded their coins from their addresses that they would eventually give in.  We may have to see others do the same first.

People are going to like waking up to a free Bitcoin or two from a service going above and beyond.

Coinbase the company can't read their users minds.  People have to let them know.

Here's a quick email for anyone who just wants to copy and paste something from their account.

Code:
Please run the Bitcoin private keys attached to my account through ClamChecker.com with a Bitcoin payout to my Coinbase account.  Thank you for understanding that these are my coins and I need them now!  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZFoPPx5H0Dw

Happy hunting

Do you think that the price decrease would have anything to do with one or several people finding a shitton of qualifiable addresses and now just cashing out "free money" for them?

Absolutely.

As we speak there is a single entity digging what has been estimated at over 500,000 CLAMs.  They dig and dump slowly bleeding the market for the time being.

This single entity seems to have controlled 3% ALL Bitcoin addresses in use on May 12, 2014  :o.

NOW I see how BAC has all his CLAMs, :). I'm a CLAM holder myself but this was a cool idea, and I'm glad it's been working out for you.

Hehe thanks!  Every time the site functions as planned a little confidence is gained on my end! :D  We still have a ways to go and shit to improve.

www.ClamChecker.com

I'm on a treasure hunt for roughly 3,208,032 Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin addresses... there is a good chance that you have what we are looking for if you owned Bitcoin on May 12, 2014.

The current offer from us is 0.005BTC per empty  BTC, LTC or DOGE address.  Our hot wallet - https://blockchain.info/address/18U3uQqGviBHAfExC8iQQE9i6mcUtkc5q8

We do offer other options for those who are willing to deal with altcoins.

We do not store or keep any information regarding your Bitcoin wallet.  We HIGHLY recommend to keep this transaction as trust less as possible that you only sell/dig empty addresses.  After the transaction please treat the addresses as compromised but save them regardless (always save your keys...)

Please be sure to check out the main thread located in a different section of the forum for more information and examples.  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1177619.msg12395155#msg12395155 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1177619.msg12395155#msg12395155)

No addresses?  No problem!  We pay affiliates .002BTC ever address that is sold or dug using our services.

Link our site as:

ClamChecker.com/YOURBITCOINADDRESS

Check your addresses today easily and for free at www.ClamChecker.com (http://www.ClamChecker.com)

Good luck,

BAC :)

Edit:  We do offer a free dig assistance service for people who have a large number of wallets or whatever the reason is.  Please feel free to contact me.

You still need something?

Blockchain.info doesn't actually know the users private keys... the user does!  You are able to dig Clamcoins from your blockchain.info wallets by exporting your address in QT format.

Bump still buying!

Bought up to 12 addresses since the last post, so yay!  Thank you!  https://freebitcoins.com/clamchecker/digs/

Remember we buy empty Bitcoin, Litecoin and even fucking Dogecoin addresses.  If you even got 1 Dogecoin from that whole shit show in 2013.... you have even more free BTC waiting on you (you're welcome.)

Even if you do sell us your addresses manually... I STRONGLY suggest using our drag and drop feature coming soon to automate the dig process and shifts through all the wallets hidden change addresses.

Our drag and drop dig feature will be so easy a retarded caveman can use it :).  (Coming Soon TM)

I'm proud to announce that you can now automatically dig your large wallets without manually doing it address by address :)

https://freebitcoins.com/news/id/8/

We've recently launched our wallet digging feature! It works a lot like regular digging, but instead of giving us your address, you upload your BTC, LTC, or DOGE wallet and we scan it for eligible keys. If we find any, we dig them for you. After we dig all your eligible keys - or find out that you have none - we delete your wallet file from our server. You can view the progress of this entire process on your wallet's page, which you'll see after uploading your wallet. Check it out at https://freebitcoins.com/clamchecker/dig_wallet/. Or look at the wallets that users have uploaded here: https://freebitcoins.com/clamchecker/wallets/.

We've had some pretty strong growth and have been buying addresses pretty regularly at this point.

The site is still being worked on daily, so please excuse the construction!

We have had 38 manual digs (https://freebitcoins.com/clamchecker/digs/) and 6 successful whole wallet digs (https://freebitcoins.com/clamchecker/wallets/)

Is there some registration for affiliate? or can use some type of links to do it without register?
Also, the estimated price says 'excluding tx fees', how much fees will be paid? I don't want to estimate something and then it goes busted in fees. And I suggest adding a feature to dig multiple single keys, we don't always have the keys in same wallet after all.

No registration required.

You should use a Just-dice.com deposit address.

Example: freebitcoins.com?ref=xYourJustdiceDepositAddress

https://freebitcoins.com/referral/

We pay affiliates in CLAMS and you get paid 100% for faucet use and .1xxxxxCLAMS each dig.

Affiliate pay is always flat CLAMS.

100% for faucet use & 0.10545574 CLAM for each address dug.  We pay out on the same block as the person you bring as well.

Tx fees... I'll send kef here for that, but I'm thinking it's like... nothing (CLAM tx fees are cheap.)

I really like your idea about multi single address digging.  I'll talk to kef about implementing that soon... sounds easy enough!

Wow, that was soon. It sounds feasible and useful to me.

That's normal!

Right now I'm manually processing all dig payouts by hand.

Shapeshift was overcharging customers for miner fees.

All digs from last night have been processed <3  Thanks for digging!

This will be automated in the future as well, but right now we have soooo much more important stuff being developed and I enjoy the leg work a little (in a sick twisted way :P.)

This idea is one of the most idiotic ideas I have ever seen in my life, they give money to people holding Bitcoins or other alts back in 2013-2014? if you have the guts I dare you to give Bitcoins to private keys that had once some coins in them. lol
I'm not touching Clam anyways, I'm not stupid to give it value to such stupid coin but I guess there are some people with unlimited money to give this value in the first time.

What happens if I suddenly decide to launch a coin telling people if you have used a Bitcoin address more than 20 times then you are eligible to receive the exact amount as your total balance and then give a few thousands of dollars to my friends telling them to go and start buying my coin in the exchanges to give a legitimate look to it and then all the idiots in crypto which fortunately for me there are many of them will pump my coin to the moon and I just sit back and jump some girls some times when I'm bored and eat to get fat just to laugh my ass off that I was able to earn so much money so easily. 5 lolz.

Omg what an easy targets you people are, now I know why so many shit coins exist, since you all don't know how to spend your money, scammers have found a way to take them from you by ICOs and shit coins.

We give Bitcoins to people who held a Bitcoin, Litecoin or Dogecoin balance over dust.

if you have the guts I dare you to give Bitcoins to private keys that had once some coins in them. lol

I strongly advise only using empty retired addresses, but we do no save private keys and the keys are ran through a open source program.

We aren't here to steal balances, launder coins or anything else shitty.  We aren't saving keys in hopes of a Bytecoin or blah blah blah.

I'm not touching Clam anyways, I'm not stupid to give it value to such stupid coin but I guess there are some people with unlimited money to give this value in the first time.

That's OK.  There isn't a time limit on touching your CLAMS.  You also can short CLAM @ Poloniex.  CLAM is a unlimited coin as well... there will be one CLAM created per minute forever.  Proof of Stake based on Proof of Work.

5 lolz.

Feel free to launch your own open source shitcoins.

I didn't create CLAM or Bitcoin & I don't code either.

Our project has one developer.

I do lump payments together in order to save you on fees... which digs?

Your payment should be shown as pending under the "Pending digs" and for wallet digs you need to look in its own section. (we are working on combining the two)

I'm assuming no body from CLAM with any relation whatsoever to the people behind it by any chance had a few hundred K addresses in May 12 of 2014? what I want to know is, why just on that date? I mean I could plan this by having even millions of addresses on a specific date and launch a coin scheme like CLAM then over time start revealing the addys and collect my CLAMs.
This specific date as a requirement to receive the coins is what I have problem with, and please I never said you were stealing, I'm just impressed by the cleverness of you and I'm mad why I have no share in doing similar projects, perhaps it is because money earned in this way has no place at my table.

You should go ask the CLAM developers in their thread:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=623147.0

They've probably answered those questions at least 100 times.

This specific date as a requirement to receive the coins is what I have problem with

I like the snapshot date with the no stress to claim style distributions.  I really dislike things that require you to be there in person on a specific date such as Byteballs.

please I never said you were stealing, I'm just impressed by the cleverness of you and I'm mad why I have no share in doing similar projects,

I didn't create CLAMS.

These open source cryptocurrency projects... you can be as involved as you want to be!

perhaps it is because money earned in this way has no place at my table.

I don't see our service as a negative thing.  ::)

This relates to claiming CLAM as well.

Instructions for safely splitting your BCH from your BTC

Here are general split instructions. If your wallet software gives different instructions, use those instead.

These are the best instructions I could come up with quickly. Maybe someone will eventually come up with a more convenient way of doing it. Note that while I believe these instructions to be safe and reasonable, you are solely responsible for your safety here.

 1. Decide whether you want to bother splitting your coins at all. Is it actually worthwhile to remove your coins from cold storage (or whatever)? If you take no particular action and continue using Bitcoin as normal, then your BCH is likely (but not guaranteed) to remain associated with the current private keys due to BCH's pseudo-replay-protection; you could therefore maybe claim your BCH later on if you want. If you want to claim your BCH now, continue to the next steps.
 2. Create a totally new logical wallet with a new mnemonic, etc. Just creating new addresses is not sufficient: the new wallet needs to be completely separate from the old one. The new wallet's private keys should be under your personal control just in case your transaction is replayed or something else goes wrong. Make sure you have backups of the new wallet.
 3. Send all of the BTC in your old wallet to your new wallet, and wait until this transaction has 30 confirmations. (If you are really itching to get your BCH, it would not be totally crazy to wait for as few as 3 confirmations, but there is some risk with that.) Note that sending all of your BTC in a single transaction is likely to be harmful to your privacy; if you care about this, you might want to send it in several smaller transactions to several different addresses on the new wallet.
 4. On a separate computer that you wouldn't too much mind being compromised, install a BCash wallet such as one of the ones listed on bitcoincash.org. (Warning: some Bcash wallets are known to overwrite important files belonging to their Bitcoin counterparts.) Or use a Web-based exchange/wallet supporting Bcash. Import the private keys from your old, now-empty Bitcoin wallet into this Bcash wallet. Now you have BCH which you can handle as you wish. Note that BCH transactions may be very slow to confirm for a couple of days.

This fucking Bitcoin Cash wallet has killed a fair few number of the servers we have tired... we have to have the full blockchain in order to be able to do the service we intend.

Right now we have it being synced on Amazon servers... getting around 10,000 blocks a day.

There are 484617 total blocks and our wallet is on 476268.

Slowly but surely.

Our Bitcoin Cash wallet is now synced.

We have two things left before launching the program:

1.  Link in our affiliate program.  Affiliates will earn 2.5% of each Bitcoin Cash dig and this will be paid out via CLAM.  I wish we could pay out via Bitcoin, but it causes a bit of a clusterfuck and our system is designed for Affiliates to earn CLAM.

2.  Default digging for Bitcoin Cash or CLAM will dig for both at once.  If someone attempts to dig BCC... our system will check for CLAM as well and visa versa.  There will be an option to only dig for either or though as well. (Like a check box or something)

After these two things are complete... we will launch.

I am playing with the idea of launching after #1 is done and improving on our system by adding #2, but I've got concerns that our customers could potentially miss a lot of money if it isn't launched fully operational.

Feedback is appreciated & thank you for waiting. <3

We have launched the Bitcoin Cash digging option on our site!

Right now we only offer solo address digs for BCC... we will be adding the wallet digging feature in the near future (this week hopefully).

The wallet digging will be like our CLAM wallet digger... simply drag and drop your .dat and DONE!

Our affiliate system currently does not cover Bitcoin Cash :-/ We are working on that after a few update in order to make it work properly with the new system that is coming.  Trust me... I'm one of my own largest affiliates and we will get this complete ASAP.

Is it a fixed amount for conversion or does it vary ?

It says..'You will receive roughly 0.13428 BTC per BCC (excluding transaction fees).'
Is it a fixed amount for conversion or does it vary ?

It isn't a fixed amount... it can go up and down based on the market and when we liquidate the dig with a market order.

I manually process the market orders and withdraws, so say you dig at 4 AM... the market order may not be executed until 10AM and the market could have since went up or down.

All market orders are executed by me manually within 48 hours.

hey so when i go on the wallet digging site, there's no section for me to upload a wallet, is there a reason? there used to be an area to drop the wallet file, but not showing anymore. see screenshot. http://prntscr.com/giq2c4

Hmmm!  Something isn't right.

I'll forward this to Kef and we will get it fixed right away!

We are updating the website to have a wallet digger for Bitcoin Cash as well right now (we will be dual digging).  It may have something to do with that.

I will let you know right away.

Thank you for bringing that to my attention.

Thanks for helping me out and letting me know.  I thought it was weird that we haven't had a wallet dig since 9-7.

Business is getting fairly consistant now days.

These CLAM digs should be checking for BCC as well... I'm concerned we got a hiccup in our dual miner as well.  I'm going to work on further testing this myself tomorrow.

Seems dead to me since the 7th of this month.

Kef has had college classes and company for a few weeks.

I believe that Kef will be taking a harder crack at it today and figuring out what is wrong.

Right now every wallet that is being scanned through what the current CLAM wallet digger... will be scanned by our BCC wallet digger prior to being deleted...

Basically, you can treat out CLAM wallet digger like BCC, but as far as the actual BCC wallet digger goes... it should be really soon (I hope).

I have a very old electrum wallet (more than 3 years old) that once was supposed to receive 0.001 bitcoin from faucets (when the bitcoin price was 40 USD). I never received this money. After this I never used my electrum wallet. I tried today to add my electrum wallet addresses to your site and is telling me that they are not good. It would be good to receive something for my old electrum bitcoin addresses but you site is refusing its addresses.
I can send you the wallet.dat file if you want to give me something for it (even 1 USD would be good).:)

They had to have had Bitcoins on them May 12, 2014 and/or August 1, 2017.

No I never had bitcoins on this electrum wallet.  As your post was saying you were asking for old bitcoin adddresses, I gave you what I had. Am I mistaking or Litecoin and Dogecoin are not so old as 2014? Ah I forgot I have also a old blockchain address that once had funds on it (now I have another blockchain wallet). Does this old blockchain wallet qualify?

Negative ghost rider.  Wrong.

Your Bitcoin address had to have held Bitcoins on May 12, 2014 or August 1, 2017.

DOGE and LTC where around then... same rule goes for them minus the August 1, 2017 date.

Ah I forgot I have also a old blockchain address that once had funds on it (now I have another blockchain wallet). Does this old blockchain wallet qualify?

Did it hold a balance on May 12, 2017 or August 1, 2017?

Paying over $35 USD in Bitcoin per address that was used on May 12, 2014 (Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin).

We are also buying addresses in use on August 1, 2017.

All payments should be caught up now.

We got fucking rocked by a whale on the December 1st... we've hit our max exchange limit and will for a few more days processing their withdraws.

I had Kef switch our systems to a different exchange, but their business design isn't very well suited to what we need to do.

I've got everything worked out at this point, but we are still working on paying on dig number #83 BCC solo.

Happy to hear!

The BTC payment sent is the exact amount (minus tx fee) of the dig being liquidated on the market.  So if your 1 address sell for .00249... we send .00249.

The time frame for payment is up to 48 hours because I have to sleep and I manually process all payments for accuracy.

Generally, payments are sent as soon as they get the required amount of confirmation... usually about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

I'm going to have to link this thread in my "to update" list.

I release news earlier this evening about payments being delayed due to Poloniex not crediting deposits.

I've opened a support ticket with Poloniex as well.

If they don't fix the problem in the near future... we will switch to a different method.

These high Bitcoin fees make everything MUCH more difficult.  (There are a double BCC dig several BCC pending as well for a micro amount and Coinpot.co hasn't honored their withdraw either yet.)

I believe the holidays are playing a roll in the delays as well.

oh damn lol. hopefully btc rises by the time the issue is fixed.

We are currently experiencing dig payment delays due to Poloniex not crediting deposits.

I've personally opened a support ticket with Poloniex and I fully expect this to be corrected shortly!

Please continue to dig as normal with full confidence that we will process your dig as soon as possible.

The FreeBitcoins.com team will be working over the holidays answering support tickets, processing payments and working on the backend of our website!

PLEASE NOTE:  Bitcoin Cash only digs that have a payout larger than .0005BTC are unaffected by delays.

https://freebitcoins.com/news/id/36/ (https://freebitcoins.com/news/id/36/)

^

I've been awake all night waiting for Poloniex to credit the coins... deposits go MIA on Poloniex fairly regularly.

My computer can basically type in my support tickets at this point :D.

If they credited deposits after 6 confirmations like they said... I'd literally have a stroke.

The VAST majority of the pending time waiting is Poloniex related and unavoidable with a manual or automated system that centralizes through their exchange.

You should really try to dig multiple address relatively close together... this way I can batch all your digs into one BTC send.

Otherwise, you'll be paying over $6 for BTC fees each send.

Beautiful!

I'm getting people coins within the hour at the moment... I like to give people 10-20 minutes after their last dig before cashing out.  This way I can do my best to group transactions into a single payment.

Sorry, am i missing something?

If my address has clam / gold / cash, then why wont I myself take it out and use it rather than selling it to someone for lower prices?
I dont exactly see the point in this. Sorry if I have missed some catch here.

Using our service to check addresses is completely free and doesn't require users to expose any secrets.  I'm sure a lot of users see they qualify for coins and then attempt to venture out on their own.

Our dig service saves people a lot of time and no need to download/sync another shitcoin wallet... Altcoins and forks can dip 25% in minutes.

I'm trying to check some of my old addresses that I just recently found; I still have an old desktop that I need to check as well, since it should be from exactly 2010-2015 and I certainly used bitcoin on it. Your site had just been giving me a 504-error all morning though. I am wondering if you have any idea when this may be back up so I can check if the addresses I've already found are worth anything?

I see this other guy is really upset about something, is there a link or anywhere that more information on their case can be read? It sounds like we can check our addresses without giving you our private key, and it sounds like you pay everything, every time you agree to.. I don't understand what the hangup could be unless this user is just having an unreasonable panic attack.

No problem, I am happy to hear that it is back up and running; I just checked 4 of my old addresses and already 1 of them is giving me a positive message -
"We can dig this address! Fill in your private key and payment info, and we'll send your coins to you."

I am wondering if there is anyway to receive any indication of how much coin I will be receiving before disclosing my private key? I'd like to know if it's "worth" it, even though it is empty if I am compromising one of my addresses for next to nothing then I won't bother.

I have dozens more addresses to check, but I want to make sure the one address works. I am excited to dig through my old wallets, I could use the money and it seems like I already am sitting on some.

Right now our system doesn't display the qualifications of the address... just the fact that the address does, in fact, qualify for at least one of the forks we dig for.

The prices on the front page of our digger are just rough estimates.  The actual payment sent for your address is the actual coins earned from the market liquidation.

I have dozens more addresses to check, but I want to make sure the one address works. I am excited to dig through my old wallets, I could use the money and it seems like I already am sitting on some.

There is a chance you are sitting on a nice chunk of hidden coinage.

Here are the dates to remember:

May 12, 2014
August 1, 2017
October 24, 2017

Each date will qualify your address for additional coins.

I highly recommend digging multiple addresses at once.  This allows me to package your payment into a single payment.

Addresses in use on May 12, 2014 are worth about .0025 BTC atm... the cost to send the coins is .0005, so you can see why you'd want to dig multiple at a time.

I was planning on finding/recovering all of my old addresses from 2014-2017, going through my old desktop and laptop, etc. Then seeing which ones "qualify", and after I figure out how many/which addresses qualify I was going to get all of the private keys organized and submit them all at once. Would it be necessary to import then all to one wallet file, or would it be sufficient to submit all of the addresses that qualify pretty much simultaneously with the same payment address and you will lump them together manually?

It might take me a few days because my old desktop and laptop is in the next town over (talk about cold storage). It is a good sign to me that even 1/4 of the addresses I have access to immediately qualifies, I have a few more wallets to go through on my computer here. I will make sure to empty them and then I guess we'll get you those private keys after I'm all organized and sure which addresses will be "compromised".

August 1, 2017 - I think the one address I checked qualifies from this date, and I'm sure my other old ones will qualify for the May 12, 2014. This is an exciting idea, saves me a lot of hassle. Sat here worrying about how to get my fork coins for awhile.

Fingers crossed that I have the big bucks sitting there.

Be sure to retain your private keys after compromising them... "just in case" you accidentally have an automated payment sent to them or whatnot.

Let me know if there is anything I can do for you.

Bundling your addresses into a single .dat will be the easiest way to dig them and be sure to remember your change addresses: https://freebitcoins.com/clamchecker/dig_wallet/

Change addresses are a gold mine for CLAMS.

Large balance addresses are a gold mine for Bitcoin Cash / Bitcoin Gold.

Let me know if there is anything I can do for you.

Just as a quick example, I had a BTC address with 1.2 BTC in it on August 1st, does this mean that there is 1.2 BCH claimable from this address? If this does happen to be the case, how much would you expect (estimate) to pay me for something like that? I have many addresses, but this does seem to be the case for one of them that I am looking at.

I believe it also had about 10k satoshi in it at the time of the October 2017 fork, would this add any value to the address or is the dust negligible? I hate to ask so many questions, but I indeed feel like I may be sitting on a stash collectively and don't want to over-excite myself if I'm not.

I hate to ask so many questions

I'm happy to help!  Don't feel bad asking... questions are my job <3

Just as a quick example, I had a BTC address with 1.2 BTC in it on August 1st, does this mean that there is 1.2 BCH claimable from this address?

Yes.

We charge 10% for BCC (BCH).

If this does happen to be the case, how much would you expect (estimate) to pay me for something like that?

So we would liquidate 1.08 BCC... which would yield around 0.16138438 BTC to be sent to you.

The address may qualify for CLAMS and BTG as well... which would be more BTC on top of that .16.

I believe it also had about 10k satoshi in it at the time of the October 2017 fork, would this add any value to the address or is the dust negligible?

We would dig and dump that as well!  Those coins would be included with the .16 payment.

It would add a small amount of value... a Satoshi saved, is a Satoshi earned!

Sounds like it qualifies for a small amount of BTG and BCC.

Makes no difference on the date it was generated, but if it was in use during the right times.

Ahh I think I was wrong because it seems some stuff has already been claimed... I don't know tbh.

Just dig it, it will send all the coins over, I will liquidate your 90% and bounce the payment back to your BTC address you provide for payment.

It looks like maybe only BTG remains on the address... which appears to be around $14 USD in BTC.

After you dig it, go to the pending page and you'll be able to see what all the address qualified for.

This is something that we are currently upgrading and such... it will be much cleaner and easy to understand how much you're getting right off the go in the near future.

But please dig with confidence.

If your dig doesn't show up on the pending page... LET ME KNOW ASAP.

It appears the address 1Kf2 is linked to this Bitcoin gold address:  https://btgexplorer.com/address/GcVxL1AfVVAn2zpJmK3hnXD1AsEpbAzC6h (https://btgexplorer.com/address/GcVxL1AfVVAn2zpJmK3hnXD1AsEpbAzC6h)

That Bitcoin Gold address has a balance of 0.00231564 BTG.

0.00231564 BTG is equal to 0.13866814 USD.

We charge 10% on BTG digs, so the fee is 0.01386681.

Your expected net would be somewhere around 0.12480133 USD via BTC for the BTG on that address alone.

Dust addresses are poor pay for BCC/BTG, BUT if you have dust addresses that were in use on May 12, 2014... you have a chance to score a pretty penny because the CLAM distribution doesn't care about address size.

Please PM me with those 8 addresses you dug through our service and I'll be happy to review it for you!!  We have a bounty going on right now for $100 USD if your did didn't get a receipt (meaning if it doesn't show up on the dig pages for whatever reason!) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2970936.msg30525029#msg30525029 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2970936.msg30525029#msg30525029)

Nvm I see your private message now.

I'm exploring your digs right now.

Edit:  I've throughly reviewed all of your digs that you sent to me VIA PM and everything looks correct on our end.  I believe you are calculating the numbers that the address had received/sent... not the actual balance of the BTG addresses being dug.  I've PM'ed you a fully detailed summary on each dig, the amount and the txid.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.

I'm also happy to manually process your future digs for you, but it's the same difference as using FreeBitcoins.  We are working on a website upgrade right now that will show you what you are getting prior to digging more accurately and will help users understand right from the jump.

Thank you very much for your business of course <3

Another beautiful one:

NOTE:  This would take us a "few" days to get the balances withdraw due to limits across the board.
