I then go into the form and submit it manually and it says bad request there as well. I found an address and now I cannot submit it for the reward.

Yup, PMed him already. But it's the catch22. I have to post, to PM him... so I might as well post something informational. Waiting on a reply, but also understand that it's purely a hobby for some people. Thanks for your help.

I am having the same problems.
