Title: Should online RPG gaming currency GoldPieces (GP) be forked?
Post by: HYPERfuture on September 13, 2015, 12:58:57 AM
Allright, well no one person really owns GP (certainly not me). GP is owned by the community, so I want the community to decide on its future!

I personally do not think a fork is necessary, as the 2.5 GP staking limit, no matter the size of the input does help limit inflation, and means the coin can keep staking without hitting a hard cap. The GP ecosystem will continue to grow much faster than the 2.5 GP per block inflation.

See the official GP thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1053441.0

This poll is still open! Although the results so far are pretty one sided ;)
