If you know what you do you are safe... Never use windows mac or android , thats rule one. use someting like tails. never use YOUR OWN IP sending BTC.... the rest is al fear blah blah of people NOT understanding IP. you can also exchange to multiple blockchains , and they lose track for sure. Get a burner pay as you go phone and just use the internet on that. That way your personal IP wont be revealed. Not worth the risk really.
