Complete process :
Step 1: Give me your domain name.
Step 2: I will provide you MX and TXT record which you can add in your domain manager.
Step 3: Upon MX confirmation, I will send you the Username and Password for your email address (you can change your password and secure your account the way you want with 2 factor or secondary email)

This complete process takes around an hour. If you want, i can provide you support for adding MX records and TXT settings.

Again, This service is based on Microsoft Office 365 and not the custom mail server. You can access your mailbox through https://login.microsoftonline.com/

Expiry date depends upon your purchase. $3 for one Email ID will last for 1 Month, you can renew the subscription.

IMO the price is a tad bit high.Google offers the same service at $2.5 per email also they give first month for free.

Why should us use your/microsoft's service? We can buy a 5$ hosting plan for year and then we can use the hosting's mail server.

I often think that every domain names have access to customized email address like admin@yourdomain. I guess I am not wrong here.

i think that is best email service.
in the beginning will be free, and I am registered for all of my domain google apps mail service. Now 5$ per user, too much. for this money can buy hosting with email server

No; you need a hosting service that also has an email server to send emails back and forth. Honestly, you can buy the hosting service for cheap and get as many emails as you'd like.

Agree, everyone thinks that setting up mail server in own hosting account is an affordable task.
But, there are many scenarios needs to be considered, like, Better support, Spam management, forward rules,better mobile support, better online web panel etc, and many more.

I personally feel that Office 365 is better than Google apps with respect to spam filtering, better list management, sweeper options etc. Also, storage is high on Office 365.

I agree with you because having your own hosting package will be cheaper at long run because you can have unlimited number of your domain email addresses.
