I'm not sure on how does it work. Once i sent you skrill if you say you didn't receive it then ? This site https://btcrow.com/ mostly using for physical transactions i think. Can we wait for any reputed escrow in this forum ? I prefer Sebastian.

@Jakez: I would not recommend you to send the money first to this user, just have a look at his trust rating.

If he doesn't accept escrow, don't do the trade - simple as that. He can quickly withdraw the Skrillfunds and then you've got nothing and Skrill often doesn't refund money which is not existing in their system anymore.

Now we can do 300 EUR Skrill to BTC. If it goes fine then i have some more. So equivalent of 300 EUR = 1.47 , We can split his fee.

any  other escrow service providers won't be able to escrow PayPal or Skrill or any other such things. they only be able to escrow BTC, skrill fund must sent direct .

yes you right, after I confirmed that @kamilora have send me 1.47BTC(after two confirmation) , you will send 300eur in specified skrill account by @kamilora  , and after @kamilora confirm that receive , I will send BTC to you btc address.
