For that reason, miners are not including it in blocks.
Best bet is probably to contact the cloud mining company and have them resend the transaction with a higher fee. Title: Re: Where is my payment? For that reason, miners are not including it in blocks. Can I tell them to resend before it expire? Moreover, how do I know when it is really expired? It's not a problem at your end as long as you haven't receive it.

It's "really exipred" if either of the two unspent outputs that are being used as inputs to fund the transaction are used as inputs to fund any other confirmed transaction. It seems different block explorers show different status about expiry of a transaction! There is no "expired" concept in the protocol. A transaction is invald if any of its inputs are used as inputs in any other confirmed transaction, otherwise the transaction remains valid and not expired even if it is never confirmed. It just "resends" the transaction, like you asked. Doing so reminds the miners about it if they've dropped it from their memory pool. There isn't much you can do to get it confirmed any faster. The sender didn't include an adequate transaction fee, and now you are stuck waiting for a generous miner (or mining pool) to decide to confirm this transaction. After a few days, many nodes on the network will forget that the transaction even exists, and some block explorers will drop it from their website. Then you can push it again to rebroadcast the transaction to the network and remind those nodes about it so that the miners will continue to consider it for their blocks. Your only other option to get the bitcoins that are owed to you is to convince the sender to send a new transaction with a sufficient fee. Title: Re: Where is my payment? Then they are idiots that don't understand how to properly handle transactions, which means that I wouldn't trust them with my money. They can create a new transaction that spends those same inputs but which pays a proper transaction fee. Then, since both transactions use the same inputs, only one of the transactions can confirm. Once one of the transactions confirms, the other one immediately becomes invalid. I don't think there are many mining pools that have implemented "child pays for parent" yet, so that will only help if one of the few mining operations that have implemented it happen to mine a block. I'm guessing that cloudmining.website is probably not actually doing any mining. If they were solo mining, they could just confirm the transaction themselves the next time they solve a block (they must be solving blocks if they are paying anything, right?). If they are pool mining, then they should be such a huge percentage of the pools hashpower, that they should be able to contact the pool operator and convince the pool operator to confirm the transaction. Either way, it shouldn't be difficult for them to get their own transactions confirmed unless they are just a ponzi scam that isn't doing any actual mining. Title: Re: Where is my payment?
