a pool is just a server with the right stratum for working with multiple miners

they cna make own many pool they want if there were more miners, or expand their currently pool

I think People make pools so that other can join
You can make your own pool but for that you have to setup your server and ask others to join your Pool but if you really expect others to join your pool then you have to give some unique features becuase there are already so many pools

You can get pre-made ones on E-bay for cheap.  It's not very complex to set one up if you know a little about linux.  It gets more complex when you have a lot of miners with accounts and such.

Just curious as to why you would want to own a pool? It isn't free to run a pool, and usually the income isn't all that high.
