Honestly I have read this your thread more than 10 times but I do not understand what you mean, do you need a hero member here and you are willing to exchange with runescape membership or you want to pay with paypal.
I am really confuse here.

hes after a very trusted member to log into his runscape account and buy a membership with paypal for him. he will them pay that member in BTC

Honestly, this trade could go wrong if you require the purchaser to purchase the account first, and then pay them. Just use a forum escrow and all should go fine. :)

I can do this with my personal paypal account but how trusted is the OP himself.
