Well I'm in Hawaii. I could help arrange a venue for us to all meet at and help with bookings of hotels etc.

By that time we might all be able to afford a little vacation to the Hawaiian Islands.

Given that I won't have to travel much I will likely help out paying for the venue and possibly food.

We can work the details out over the course of the next 9 months or so.

It would make sense if we had at least 25 people coming, that way it would be worth the effort to organize.

I count 4 people so far.

Please post to this thread for now and I'll keep count.
