Title: HP 2626 L2 switch [EU]
Post by: UnderGod on October 13, 2012, 12:39:22 PM
I've setup an auction on bitmit here: https://www.bitmit.net/en/trade/i/7529-hp-2626-j4900b-24-ports-l2-switch
Starts at only BTC2.5!!!

Because I've upgraded to a 48 port L2 Gbit switch, I don't need this one anymore.
Great for networks that don't need Gbit speed, and certainly if you want to learn about L2 switching!!!
As shipping costs outside of Europe are really high here, it's not really interesting, but if you really want, just ask for the price of shipping it and I'll give you a quote :)
Comes with rack-mounts as it was mounted in my rack here!

Full technical data on the switch here: http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/ca/en/sm/WF06b/12136296-12136298-12136298-12136298-12136316-12136318-31539227.html?dnr=1

Switch has life-time warranty with HP too, no invoice needed. Was replaces in march of this year because of a faulty psu, so this switch is quite "young" :)

Procurve switches are very, very nice. I use them extensively at work and do all my configuration on the command line.

If that was gigabit I'd snap it up.
