Do you have signed message from the owner that you he cannot claim later that his account was hacked. Moreover listing account here is bad idea as then the account gets neutral trust of being sold.

You have announced the name publicly, which means a bigger share of potential buyers might not wish to buy it now, though you are selling it for cheap.
Also, I saw that he took a loan of 0.16, why are you selling it for lower price?

PS:- I will start the auction with 0.12 BID but I will be able to pay only on 21st once I get paid by signature campaign. Also, if anyone gives a trust saying account is sold so you will have to convince that guy to remove it :)

Yes your correct. Also there is chance that some one can give negative feedback or at least warning neutral message saying this account has been sold. I think OP it is not good move you did to publish account details in public. You may consider to remove immediately to protect your account.

buying a public listed account is risky, they get negative trust for sure
check this
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=386825

so you can expect a negative trust

I can not abstained :) or you see the difference  between  send feedback and receive in you example? in any case, this on sell account a ownership by  @redsn0w
and any feedback from now  will be dedicated to him or to new owner if account will be sold,
and it has no legal basis and is incorrect.

Because I only want to sell that collateral and I don't want to take a 'gain' from it.

Thanks for this suggestion, read the above message.

Please, can you post only if you want to bid?

Thanks.
