Because i have sent an email and no respon about this problem from this email acctcomp15@theymos.e4ward.com.
So i post in here about my account, Can anyone explain about my account (see the image)? he says For security, your account has been locked

Whether my account is ok until my account unbanned?
Or Whether i get perma ban or not?

Remember - Theymos is very busy.  Give him time to respond.

that's some weird message though. not sure if that's supposed to happen.

This sound like getting banned for having a bad sig or maybe being in a sig campaign and spamming? Sound a bit harsh.

You don't need to be an admin or mod to see that you were banned for "Insubstantial posts+sig ad". The duration is 60 days. It says it in the eye-catching red text on the page.

You aren't permabanned unless it doesn't say the duration of the ban in the red box.

I've never been banned before, does your ban message really show up when you're not logged in?

The Take a Number and we get back to you whenever is not really good support.
A response time should be given to help alleviate concerns.

Temp or permaban?   If temp just wait it out in most cases.   

The really should be doing this them self if permanent.   Just make sure they don't ban evade is my biggest advice.

Banning is so vague, my friend does not know if the ban is temp or perm or what his options are.
Seeing as some use these accounts for business ventures, is there no one else there that can help or does the fate of all banned accounts rest on 1 guy who , we are being told is too busy to reply within 2 or 3 days.

Honestly I would not bug the admin's on it.  I think more you bug them less chance they will want to help.  Just they have many things to do and if you harasses them to do this it really does not help.

I stick with my advice though on being careful on ban evasion.  If your friend was banned on one account and uses any other account out of meta he is ban evading.  So make sure your friend is not logging into the other accounts posting out of meta or sending pm's etc.

You can see the red box telling you days of banning. If there is no such info, the account is perm.

I regained my identity :)

I was trying to reset my password for my username oakmaster I have a new pc and couldn't remember my password so I then tried to login on my phone because my pass is saved on it and was going to change the password and as i logged in I get for security purposes my account is locked this happened on  sept 18th I sent two email to get my account unlocked both email where from the same email on my account I haven't got a reply is there a different email or something that i can do to get my account unlocked Thank You   

There is only that email for ban appeal, and theymos is quite busy so don't expect an answer at least until 10 days.

Yes, he would take like an year or so to respond :P
Theymos has already said that he keeps these kind of messages on low priority list and your chances of hearing back from him are very low, so dont wait for theymos to reply(else you'll keep on waiting).

As far as i know, the user that claimed to have been banned said he was unbanned. If that was indeed OP, which it make sense since OP did not log in since then...

Rreplying to him saying he won't be unbanned is kinda moot. As thus this thread should probably be locked, unless OP has something else to add.

well if theres only one guy to unlock accounts and he puts them on the bottom of the shit list how do you go about unlocking your account especially when its something as dumb as getting locked out for trying to reset my password every other site has security questions to answer to restore your account
