I wouldn't have used this if I would have known I wouldn't get the bitcoins until days later.

first-time transactions from unverified paypal accounts are delayed to protect themselves from fraud. but afterwards your limit is raised and the delay is removed. Their service seems to work great. I was just frustrated not knowing about the 48 possible wait time.
