Avatars must have a size not bigger than 120x80 px
The designs you made don't fit to the avatar.

Have you heard about photo resize?
These pictures can easy be resized and fit well enough for avatar.

For graphic design clients to almost always force graphic designers to waste more time/money trying to achieve the client's subjective criteria than they will be paid, exactly. Just constructing those search URLs was worth BTC0.01.
