I want to buy some bitcoin with my UBS bank at Switzerland, I want to use SEPA payment to buy bitcoin, I want to know, Is my name will be displayed on beneficiary account? It will be displayed on the beneficiary account together with your IBAN account number.

This doesn't matter. All your info will be available to the beneficiary account and to the entity you are sending money to (exchange, person, etc..). Nothing about the bank accounts is anonymous and also SEPA is just like any regular world wire transfer, juts that it gets there faster (nowadays very often the same day) and it's free.
