You buy 'tickets' into this game - 0.100998 to bet on even, 0.100999 to bet on odd. You can bet in multiples of those. You can also choose to deposit coins in the wallet to change the balance and they'll be added to the pot. When the game hits the countdown, the balance in the wallet will be truncated to the last two decimal places (eg 1.4725 to 1.47) and the pot (entire wallet balance) is split to the winners depending on if it's even or odd! Minus a 10% fee. That's not large, and it takes plenty of work for me to do this.
