I want to buy lot BTC with PP , If you think that i will scam you in PP trade then you are welcome to take my identity proof + i will welcome face 2 face deal also in delhi.

I have lot PP stock daily thats why i only buy with  PP

The problem is, id proofs don't seem to be of any help in BTC scams.
Have a look at all the reputation threads.
There are people whose names, phone numbers, bank account details are known.... and yet they end up scamming.

I can buy upto 1000$ of BTC via Paypal with8% fees. Let me know where you want to meet up in Delhi. PM me your details.

Paypal's currency conversion rates + their fees will amount to a figure very close to 7% so a 8% surcharge won't cut it.

Plus, even it's face to face, unless you have successfully with withdrawn the pp balance to your bank you are NOT safe from being chargebacked. Basically making a F2F deal useless. I as a seller don't release BTC untill the PP withdrawal to is successful.

Finally there's that regulation which makes PP to PP transfers within India and amongs Indians NOT possible due to RBI rules. If you are in India and are an Indian and still somehow have a foreign address paypal then you are already a risky person to deal with.
