Title: callcentric.com has been suffering a sip DDOS attack for about 17 days
Post by: vite on October 19, 2012, 04:30:28 AM
Why try to kill such a wonderful free service with paid aggregate options.

One of the few sip carriers that offers a US # and unrestricted incomming calls and unlimited sip peering to other providers that allow the same.

Now I am stuck with alternate ekiga + ipkall (which has a lower audio cuality)

I am soooooo pissed cause its making my consulting biz suck... Mainly on the interpreting part :(

This shows why SIP protocol is flawed and we need fully decentralized and open source VoIP alternate.

He's using same sip phone with different internet access (3G).
Maybe problem in router which is shared by DSL and cable.
Or maybe only 3G provider can reach callcentric.
