We have just taken one of the spots for a VPS from him and both the speed and the professionalism he showed in carrying out the setup was outstanding. He not only sold us a very fast stable server he helped setup the whole thing for us to just take over. All questions we have asked have been no trouble to him to answer ( even if we are new to running a server and a bit wet behind the ears ) and answer very quickly.
All I can say is that this has just earned in us a lifelong customer. We trust him completely as we admitted we were new and he has looked after us without a problem.
