Is there a browser that shows active audio on internet tab?

I'm tired of having 10 tabs and all a sudden audio starts playing and have to go on a treasure hunt trying to find where the audio is coming from.

1. Right-click any tab
2. Click close all tabs
3. Success

Google Chrome, try with Mute Tab (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/mutetab/nmkbaaijgpppbokgnhhoakihofedkgcc)
