I have seen control panel installed in vps service you provided. But you haven't mentioned as it is windows or Linux vps. Which is quite valuable interms of comparing prices. If it is windows with panel installed than the price is reasonable and somewhat good for hosting than other hosting provider.

I'm not quite sure I understand your comment/question. For Windows, it automatically installs a trial version, which interface is accessible through VNC or RDP. However, since it's a trial, it has its limitations. You can put in your own license that you have to have it work without those imposed limitations. The VPS control panel remains the same for both Linux and Windows.
