If there's no answer, there's a good chance that you have just gotten scammed by them. Bitcoin Fog (I believe) has had a few scam accusations already against them; do your research before using any service. Almost like someone went to the beach and left it on auto-pilot for a few weeks... I don't know... I've had no problems with bitmixer.io, however only a couple times so far. Don't like mixing my coins unless needed. It's best to do your research before putting coins into anything. BitMixer has a very good reputation and there haven't been many complaints about them (except for the one in the Scam Accusations right now); I would say to stick with them and not roam out into any other ones. I've never heard of it and a Google Search leads to BitMixer. Is this a "new" mixing service that I haven't heard about yet, or did you mean BitMixer?
