Do you guarantee for these licenses that will work for X years or not? As far as i know if your msdn account get locked/disabled then also the keys that you sold will not be functional right? Every license key can be traced to the MSDN subscription that licensed it. Once a single key gets flagged as stolen, all keys belonging to that subscription are also marked and invalidated. But at your own risk, and don't come crying in a couple days when they stop working!
