Title: www.cryptsy.com scam me 500 CRAVE [ resolved ]

Place here because their customer service is not responding, and even the type (owner) who posts on Twitter!
Practically stole 500 CRAVE!

In your crave address story it says you got 500 craves and then you sent 500 craves away, i dont understand exactly, if you sent them somewhere else of course you dont have them? Besides the other day i had a problem on cryptsy and they answered in a matter of hours

Maybe you have not got it right! 500 you see in the story come from bittrex not on crypts!

look the TXID .

 Strange to hear, because yesterday if i have problem with withdraw from cryptsy, support reply me after 10 min.and resolve problem during hour ???

Maybe the process seems complicated so it need more time to resolve. Maybe you should give them couple days to resolve it

certainly give the command: repairwallet     is a lot of work to do !!
It takes at most 5 minutes !!!
Then they will see my 500 CRAVE on balance!
I think they're using the CRAVE (a masternode), they pull up something and when  crave value is near to 1 sat  give back (maybe)!
Two weeks have passed and I do not think I'll have them back!

I think the root of this problem is cryptsy blocking users without notifications
and that users still have balance on their account

In my case my access to the site is ok !! The problem in my case I think it's wanted!
Do not respond to emails, you can not use their chat if you have 0 BTC and support is silent!

I took a look at your ticket. The issue seems to be with the Crave blockchain as it is a valid transaction. Ill attempt to get it confirmed and if I am not able I will remove the transaction from your account and the wallet. This can take up to 48 hours until we are sure my attempts to get it confirmed are not successful.

Ok, I confirm that after almost 3 weeks I finally got my CRAVE, do not think I use more this exchange given the times and this small detail:

You should contact the developers about the delay. There is no reason we should have to mine our own transactions to get them to confirm. We dont like doing this as we are forced to enable staking of the hot wallet until they confirm

You should have an update to your ticket about the price change and a small compensation for the delay
